The villa has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and sleeping arrangements for 10 plus an infant! So there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The pool is heated/ and very private surrounded with a tall fence and trees in your own oasis. The pool is also equipped with a safety fence for your safety. We also have a grill and plenty of outdoor seating for your outdoor enjoyment! The master suite is furnished with two full-size beds and a private bathroom/shower. The master suite also has a walkin closet. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th bedrooms each have 2 twin-size beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils for dairy and meat along with a toaster oven, coffee maker, oven/range, etc. The house comes with cable/wifi, 2 large HD TVs, games, foosball, and bicycles. The house is also close to shul (Young Israel of Boca Raton), restaurants, kosher supermarket, and other shopping experiences! Delightful 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath newly renovated kosher villa in the heart of everything in Boca. This is a completely Kosher Home and only rented to other strictly glatt kosher shomer shabbos couples and families. It is on a beautiful upscale frum block and around the corner from a park with a lake and walking path. It is also within walking distance to three shuls, the Boca kollel and the new Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim. Also within walking distance are many different kosher restaurants, a kosher bakery and two kosher groceries (both groceries have full deli takeout departments). There are brand new marble and hardwood floors throughout along with leather couches and leather dining room set. The House sleeps 8 Guests comfortably and two of the bedrooms have two full size beds in each of them. The Bathrooms are marbled and master bath has a beautiful rimless glass enclosed shower.
